Registration fees
Registration refund requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are returned through the original method when practicable and may exclude nonrefundable processing charges. Once venue, materials, meals, or other event obligations have been committed, registration fees are ordinarily nonrefundable. Documented duplicate payments and clerical errors will be reviewed at any time.
Vendor fees
Vendor application submission is free. If an approved vendor later pays a participation fee, its written approval will state the payment deadline and any event-specific cancellation terms. Unless the approval states otherwise, vendor fees are nonrefundable after space and venue arrangements have been committed.
Gifts and donations
Presiding Prelate love gifts and general donations are voluntary charitable gifts and are ordinarily nonrefundable. A duplicate or mistaken transaction may be reviewed promptly when the donor provides the provider’s transaction record.
Cancellation or rescheduling
If Beth-El cancels an event, it will announce whether eligible event fees will be refunded, credited, or transferred. A rescheduled event is not treated as cancelled when the original registration remains valid. Beth-El is not responsible for hotel, airline, transportation, or other third-party charges.
How to request review
Call the National Headquarters at (410) 466-8298, or call Elder Cher Carter at 410-369-8444 for a Holy Convocation registration. Provide the registrant or vendor name, confirmation number, payment method, transaction or check reference, amount, date, and reason. Do not send card numbers or bank-account information.
