Review and approval
Beth-El may approve, waitlist, decline, condition, or withdraw a vendor request based on the offering, event needs, venue restrictions, space, safety, past performance, legal requirements, and the atmosphere of Holy Convocation. Only a written approval from an authorized coordinator reserves space.
Approved products and services
Vendors may display and sell only the products or services described and approved. Counterfeit, unlawful, unsafe, sexually explicit, discriminatory, hateful, exploitative, or materially inconsistent offerings are prohibited. Beth-El may require an item to be removed immediately.
Permits, insurance, tax, and food service
Each vendor is responsible for licenses, permits, insurance, sales tax, food-safety compliance, equipment, staffing, and other obligations applicable to its work. Food or beverage service, electrical use, loading, signage, and special equipment require advance approval from Beth-El and the venue.
Fees, cancellations, and sales
Fees and payment instructions are issued only after approval. An approved space is not transferable. Beth-El does not guarantee attendance, traffic, revenue, exclusivity, or sales. Cancellation and refund decisions follow the written approval terms and the Refund Policy.
Conduct and removal
Vendors and their representatives must follow setup times, security instructions, venue rules, respectful conduct, and all directions of authorized event leadership. Beth-El may close or remove an operation that is unsafe, disruptive, unapproved, unpaid, unlawful, or in breach of the issued terms.
