Bring your work before the fellowship with order and excellence.

Vendor space is limited and every request is reviewed. Selection is based on the character of the offering, available space, event needs, venue requirements, and alignment with the atmosphere of Holy Convocation.

Submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a booth. Approved applicants will receive the fee, payment instructions, setup schedule, and operating guidelines before the event.

What happens after submission.

The vendor coordinator will review the application and contact the primary applicant when a decision or additional information is available.

    A confirmation number identifies the submission.

  2. Offering reviewed

    Products, services, permits, insurance, and space needs are considered.

  3. Decision issued

    Approved, waitlisted, or declined applicants are contacted.

  4. Final arrangements

    Approved vendors receive fees, payment directions, setup times, and event rules.
